Landscape Construction Foreman - Pond Builder

Additional commission is available for upsells. Oklahoma's most prestigious koi pond & waterfall installer has a rare opening for a Pond Construction Foreman. This is a very unique job that is rewarding and offers a different setting every day. This is a working foreman position. You will lead the crew each day throughout the entire build process as you work along side them. You would be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed correctly and on time while communicating with the client and upselling as needed. This position requires long hours of 50+ a week. We start at 6:00 am each day so we are done before the hottest part of the day. You'll need to be an early riser. Qualified applicants should have excellent job time and foreman experience and maybe some hardscaping experience . No pond experience required but we do require recent outdoor work experience that has been labor intensive. See the exact requirements below. This is a hands on job that will require you to repair ponds & waterfalls, build koi ponds and install landscaping. Our construction crew literally creates beautiful waterfalls and koi ponds from scratch. It gives a great sense of accomplishment every day. Applicants must be able to lift 90lbs repetitively, dig and stoop. You must have a clean background and be drug free. Landscape and/or skid steer and excavator experience is preferred .
