We are looking to hire multiple Landscape Construction Laborers to join our team! We are located in Junction City, but we service homes and businesses all across Lane, Linn, Marion, and Benton counties! Job Duties Assist with construction and landscaping projects such as decks, patios, fences, excavation, retaining walls, stair cases, irrigation, water fixtures, and lawn/yard maintenance. Operate wheel barrows, shovels, power tools, and other various landscaping tools. Follow instructions of team leads while performing daily duties. Maintain a clean and orderly work site, cleaning up any excess debris, materials, and tools from job sites at the end of each work day. Operate company vehicles to transport materials and co-workers between job sites on a per-need basis.

Requirements:

Comfortable standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout each shift. Comfortable using various landscaping equipment and power tools. A valid driver license and a clean driving record. Able to commute to Junction City each morning by 7:00 am (or to other job sites as directed). Willing to follow instructions and work as a team. Punctual and timely when reporting to shifts. Landscaping experience is a bonus, but not necessary. Experience driving truck while hauling a trailer is a bonus (workers will not be required to haul trailers, but the comfortability to do so is always helpful).

Hours/Pay:

$17.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Shifts are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Being on-time is critical for this position, so we ask that employees are on-site ready to begin work right at 7:00 am. Occasionally, employees will be asked to work later than 3:00 pm if certain jobs need further time investment (although working late is not mandatory and typically lasts no later than 5:00 pm). Any employees that exceed 40 hours in a week are entitled to overtime pay.

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
