Landscape Construction Laborer

Iron Ridge Landscapes is Hiring! We are looking for hardworking, reliable people to join our landscape construction team here in the Sandpoint area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, likes seeing a project come together, and wants to learn valuable hands-on skills in landscape construction. Experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Position:

Landscape Construction Laborer Pay:

$23-$30 per hour, depending on experience

Location:

Mostly Sandpoint and surrounding areas

Schedule:

Full-time preferred, but part-time may be considered with a consistent schedule

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with irrigation installs, retaining walls, paver patios, planting, sod, and rock work. Helping with grading, digging, trenching, raking, and general job site prep.

Working alongside equipment and machinery when needed. Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe. Following project plans and helping complete high-quality work

What We're Looking For:

Someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Reliable transportation Driver's license Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs General construction knowledge is a plus, but not required At Iron Ridge Landscapes, we take pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces and working as a team.
