We are located in Junction City, but we service homes and businesses all across Lane, Linn, Marion, and Benton counties!

Job Duties:

• Assist with construction and landscaping projects such as decks, patios, fences, excavation, retaining walls, stair cases, irrigation, water fixtures, and lawn/yard maintenance.
• Operate wheel barrows, shovels, power tools, and other various landscaping tools.
• Follow instructions of team leads while performing daily duties.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work site, cleaning up any excess debris, materials, and tools from job sites at the end of each work day.
• Operate company vehicles to transport materials and co-workers between job sites on a per-need basis.

Requirements:

• Comfortable standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout each shift.
• Comfortable using various landscaping equipment and power tools.
• A valid driver license and a clean driving record.
• Able to commute to Junction City each morning by 7:00 am (or to other job sites as directed).
• Willing to follow instructions and work as a team.
• Punctual and timely when reporting to shifts.
• Landscaping experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
• Experience driving truck while hauling a trailer is a bonus (workers will not be required to haul trailers, but the comfortability to do so is always helpful).

Hours/Pay:

• $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Shifts are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Being on-time is critical for this position, so we ask that employees are on-site ready to begin work right at 7:00 am. Occasionally, employees will be asked to work later than 3:00 pm if certain jobs need further time investment (although working late is not mandatory and typically lasts no later than 5:00 pm). Any employees that exceed 40 hours in a week are entitled to overtime pay.
