Landscape Crew Lead, Design/Build

Who We Are LDIG is a full-service landscape design and construction company serving the Pinehurst region. We build high-end outdoor living environments, including custom pools, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, lighting, and large-scale residential projects. The Role We are looking for an experienced Crew Lead to run job sites and lead a team on design/build projects. You will work directly with the Construction Manager to execute plans, manage your crew day to day, and hold the line on quality and schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role. You are expected to work alongside your crew, not just direct them. What You Will Do Lead a crew on pool and large outdoor living construction projects Install and oversee hardscapes, retaining walls, grading, drainage, plant material, lighting, and carpentry features Read and execute landscape architectural plans and project specs Manage daily site operations including material staging, equipment use, and site cleanliness Train and correct crew members on technique, safety, and LDIG standards Communicate job status and issues directly to the Construction Manager Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and company vehicles What We Need 3 to 5 years of experience in landscape and hardscape construction Proven experience leading a field crew Ability to read construction plans Skilled operating skid steers, mini-excavators, and related equipment Valid North Carolina driver's license Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Active cell phone with text and camera capability Able to work 10-hour days in all weather conditions Able to lift 80 lbs repeatedly throughout the day What You Get $22 to $28 per hour based on experience Full time, year round employment Work on high-profile, award-worthy projects in the Pinehurst area A team that holds itself to a real standard How to Apply Send your resume to Dream@LDIG.net or apply online at LDIG.net/Careers LDIG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
