Landscape Crew Member

Overview At Durrell's Estate Maintenance we are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and maintenance tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities Work efficiently to complete various landscaping tasks including but not limited to, edging and mulching, trimming, planting shrubs/trees etc. Utilize hand tools, power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Experience in tree trimming, lawn care, or general landscaping is preferred but not required. Experience running tractors, skid loaders and other equipment is a plus Mechanical knowledge is a plus for maintaining equipment and tools. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Strong physical stamina as the role involves lifting, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks. $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
