Landscape Crew Member

HIRING LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER/CREW LEAD/DRIVER

Let me know which position you are interested in ^ Address listed is where we meet every morning. Most work will take place in surrounding areas such as Spring Hill, Franklin, Thompson Station, Brentwood Nashville and further. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in mowing, dirt work, landscape maintenance and new installations, tree installations, etc.

This role requires the following:

• Prepares and secures all materials, tools and equipment first thing in the morning for that day's schedule
• Able to assign tasks to crew members, work Beside them, & teach crew members how to do the work Effectively.
• Able to pull a trailer behind truck and run small machinery like a mini skid steer, zero turn, chainsaw, weed eater etc…
• show up on time, be able to work on a job alone if needed.

Equipment Management:

• Ensures all assigned equipment, tools, safety items, vehicles and trailers or other items, are maintained in proper working order by following proper maintenance and inventory schedules.

& no tools are left on the job site. This is a small business, we do everything from landscaping to building fences, retaining walls, tree removal, mulch, weeding beds and trimming, mowing.
