Landscape Crew Member Job description: Landscape Sales Associate Do you enjoy meeting people and learning their needs? Does making phone calls excite you? Position Description:

Prospect, qualify and convert leads (via phone, door-to-door contact, email and networking) into profitable revenue Property layout and suggestive plant materials Computer generate plan Estimate and write contract. Fast turn-around of plans and estimates…1 week requirement Complete sale and collect required deposit. Prepare work order. Work with others to schedule Competencies-Skills Preferably a Sales background AND willing to train daily Motivated and detail oriented Organized Friendly---People person Willingness to learn and use Landscaping software Requirements Must have a valid driver's license and a clean car in good running condition Computer???? measuring wheel? smart phone that takes good quality pictures? Weekend work is required. hours vary depending on time of year, events, and special needs.

Compensation:

Scaled base pay + uncapped commissions
