Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced market and be compensated. Duties Must have own reliable transportation. Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project scope documents. Collaborate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate pricing information and negotiate favorable terms. Develop comprehensive bid proposals that include labor, materials, equipment costs, and contingency allowances. Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and project documents to ensure estimates align with contractual obligations and project requirements. Monitor ongoing project costs to support cost control initiatives and identify potential budget overruns early. Assist in the development of project schedules and resource planning to optimize construction site operations. Support contract negotiations and manage change orders to maintain profitability and project scope integrity. Skills Proficiency in construction estimating.
