Landscape Foreman

Overview We are seeking a skilled landscpae foreman to join and lead our crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background earthwork and concrete. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while working on construction sites, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Certifications:

OSHA 10 Valid drivers license Reliable transportation

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of landscaping or hardscaping experience Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred Ability to lead and manage a crew efficiently on active job sites Concrete experience Strong work ethic, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs Must be dependable and able to keep crews productive throughout the workday

Wage & Benefit Package:

Hourly wage

• $36.12 Benefit Package
• $25.55 Total hourly package
• $60.

46 per hour July 1st 2026, the hourly wage increaes to: $42.66 July 1st 2026, the benefit package increases to: $26.40
