Landscape Foreman

Overview High Plains Concepts is hiring a Landscaping Foreman / Crew Leader to run a 2-3 person crew on landscape installations and maintenance jobs. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing high-quality work, shows up every day, and can follow plans exactly. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a small crew (2-3 people) Complete landscape installations and maintenance projects Follow job plans exactly (all changes must be approved) Operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, tractors, mowers) Drive company truck and trailer between job sites Maintain equipment and manage daily job readiness Communicate with customers professionally on-site Help train crew members when needed Work Conditions Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Physically demanding (lifting, long hours on your feet) Schedule may change due to weather or job needs Requirements Minimum 5 years landscaping or related experience Experience operating landscaping/construction equipment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to tow and handle a trailer Strong attendance and reliability (punctuality is critical) Ability to perform physical labor daily Must pass drug screening and background check Non-Negotiables Show up on time, ready to work every day Follow instructions and job plans exactly No cutting corners—jobs must be completed correctly Willing to work overtime or weekends when required Take responsibility for crew, equipment, and job quality What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Clear communication Good decision-making within defined plans Professional customer interaction Consistent, dependable work ethic Why Work With Us Steady seasonal work Overtime opportunities Small, focused crew environment Well-equipped operation
