Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of landscape projects, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality workmanship. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and horticulture activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects Lead landscaping and construction projects from start to finish, including site preparation, planting, irrigation installation, and hardscape work Manage irrigation systems installation and maintenance to ensure efficient water use and system functionality Train and mentor crew members on landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions Maintain detailed records of project activities, equipment usage, and safety compliance Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, construction, and gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Ability to operate or oversee the operation of landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and promote a positive work environment Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Detail-oriented with a focus on safety standards and quality assurance CDL License Join us as a Landscape Foreman to lead inspiring outdoor projects that transform spaces!
