Job description:

Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of groundskeeping and landscaping crews to ensure timely completion of projects Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control Manage tree care operations such as pruning, removal, planting, and health assessments to promote healthy growth Implement irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering practices Conduct site inspections to monitor landscape health, safety compliance, and project progress Assist with or lead construction projects related to outdoor spaces Provide training and mentorship to team members on horticultural techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use Skills General knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, and horticulture principles Proven supervising experience leading groundskeeping or landscaping teams effectively Understanding of construction techniques related to outdoor projects a plus Skilled in tree care practices such as pruning, cabling, and disease management Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and safety compliance Ability to perform maintenance tasks using various landscaping tools and equipment efficiently Join us as a Landscape Foreman to make a tangible impact on outdoor environments while leading a passionate team.
