Fresh Cut Pros is looking for a Landscape Foreman with real field experience — someone who has spent years in landscaping, understands how jobs should be done, and can take ownership of the work from start to finish. This position is not a mowing role . We are looking for someone with strong experience in landscape maintenance, cleanups, mulch, trimming, planting, bed work, and managing a crew on-site. What You'll Do As a Landscape Foreman, you will: Lead a landscape crew on residential and commercial properties. Perform and oversee landscape maintenance work, including mulch, bed cleanups, leaf cleanups, weed removal, shrub trimming, planting, and general landscape projects. Make sure jobs are completed efficiently, professionally, and to company standards. Train and guide crew members in proper techniques and safe equipment use. Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment with care. Follow daily routes, job notes, and schedules. Communicate clearly with management about job progress, issues, materials, and crew performance. Help create a positive, hard-working team culture. Who We're Looking For We want someone with: Significant landscaping experience required. Foreman, crew lead, or supervisor experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and enhancement work. Ability to lead a crew and keep the job moving. A strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in quality work. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs / 23 kg and perform hands-on landscape work. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
