Landscape Foreman

We are a small landscape service provider located in Holly Springs, Ga.

Job Summary:

We are a viery small landscape service company. We provide lawn care and landscape installation services. We are looking for a foreman to oversee both landscape installs and lawn care crews.

Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various landscaping tasks
• Plan and execute landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing
• Coordinate the installation of landscape features such as trees, shrubs, flowers, and hardscapes
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of all landscaping equipment and tools
• Provide guidance to team members on proper techniques for landscape construction and maintenance
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols

Experience:

• Proven experience in landscape construction, landscape maintenance, and other lawn care task
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Knowledge of various landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment
• Proficiency in operating landscaping machinery such as mowers, skid steers, mini excavators, etc.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
