! Are you passionate about landscaping and leading a team to success? Gary Anderson Landscaping, Inc. in Ham Lake, MN is seeking a dedicated Hardscape Foreman to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to crew members in all aspects of landscaping work, including hardscaping, planting, and maintenance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.

• Landscape Renovations
• Lakeshores
• Outdoor Kitchens
• Fireplaces and Fire Pits
• Landscape Lighting

• Water Features Requirements:

• Positive/Optimistic, Open to Change, wants to be better, Customer First Focus and willing to always do the Right Thing!
• Previous experience in landscaping (minimum 3 years) and team leadership roles preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools. Excavator experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of plants, hardscaping materials, and landscaping techniques.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Have or have the ability to obtain a CDL. Ability to safely operate a truck/trailer combination.
