Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Landscape Gardener to bring outdoor spaces to life through creative design, meticulous maintenance, and sustainable practices. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming and maintaining gardens, and landscapes creating vibrant, healthy environments that inspire and delight. Your expertise in horticulture, lawn care, and landscape maintenance will help create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that meet client specifications and environmental standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to combine their love of gardening with hands-on craftsmanship in a dynamic setting. Duties Prepare soil beds, plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery using proper planting techniques. Maintain landscapes through mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pruning trees and shrubs, and removing weeds to ensure healthy growth. Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes to perform routine gardening tasks efficiently. Use power tools including lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers safely and effectively. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mulching, edging, fertilizing, aerating soil, and weeding . Collaborate with clients or team members to plan landscape designs that align with aesthetic goals and environmental sustainability standards. Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture is essential. Hands-on experience with lawn care techniques including mowing, trimming, fertilizing. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as pruning, planting, mulching, and soil preparation. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; experience with power tools is a plus. Growing experience in agricultural or farming settings is beneficial for understanding plant development cycles. Strong understanding of horticultural principles related to plant health and sustainable practices. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; attention to detail is crucial for quality results. Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments where nature thrives! Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
