Landscape Laborer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance and construction. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
• Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
• Mow and edge lawns to keep them neat and well-maintained
• Provide general landscape maintenance such as weeding, mulching, and fertilizing
• Operate and maintain mechanical equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Assist with the construction of landscape features such as ponds, fences, and decks
• Use power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or construction is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic horticulture practices is a plus
• Familiarity with mechanical equipment operation is beneficial
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
