Landscape Laborer

Duties Assist with landscape installation projects including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and laying hardscape features such as patios and walkways Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain pristine turf conditions Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, pruning, and debris removal Conduct landscape maintenance activities including pruning, mulching, and seasonal snow plowing when necessary Maintain equipment such as excavators and other construction machinery through routine inspections and basic repairs Help with gardening tasks like soil preparation, planting beds, and weed control to promote healthy plant growth Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles including tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently in outdoor environments Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in landscaping and maintenance This role offers an exciting chance to grow your expertise in landscaping while contributing to vibrant outdoor spaces.
