Day Workweeks :

Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days. Every weekend is a 3-day weekend.

Competitive Pay :

$24/hr starting. Raises of $1

• 2/hr within the first year based on performance.

Paid Time Off:

Full-time staff can earn a week of

PTO. PTO

is earned based on hours worked.

Sick Time:

Our team earns sick time in addition to PTO, up to 48 hours per year.

Year-Round Employment :

Summer landscaping + winter snow removal and equipment operation.

Job Responsibilities Remove/install rock, mulch, landscape fabric, and plants Perform physically demanding tasks like shoveling and hauling heavy materials in heat Assist with sod work, grading, leaf cleanup, and dirt leveling Maintain and clean tools and equipment Participate in a team culture built around responsibility and effort What This Job Is (and Isn't) This is a physical labor job. You'll be shoveling rock, pushing wheelbarrows, and working in the heat. We provide hydration and snacks—but it's still tough. If you're not prepared to put in consistent effort every day, this is not a fit. If you're sick of working harder than everyone else around you—this is where you belong. Requirements Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or physical labor Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift/carry heavy materials in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to our shop in Saint Joseph Valid driver's license Must be at least 18 years old Apply Now Join a crew that does things differently.
