This energetic position involves assisting with a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. Whether working on planting projects, hardscape installations, or seasonal cleanups, you'll contribute to creating inviting outdoor areas that inspire and delight. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power equipment Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris to keep outdoor spaces pristine Maintain landscapes through pruning, tree trimming, and shrub shaping to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate landscaping machinery such as excavators, snow plows, and other power tools safely and efficiently Support hardscape construction tasks including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other features Conduct irrigation system checks and repairs to ensure proper watering of plants and turf Perform general site cleanup and routine maintenance to uphold safety standards and project quality Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture preferred Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and hardscape projects This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in landscaping or construction.
