Why This Job is Different 3-day weekends (Friday-Sunday off most weeks) Work outside, stay active, and learn real skills Minimal experience required—we train the right person Be part of a crew that takes pride in high-end work Pay & Growth Starting at $17+/hr (based on attitude and reliability) Raises based on performance—not just time What You'll Do Operate string trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and mowers safely Perform lawn maintenance, shrub trimming, and detailed bed cleanup Maintain clean turf edges and professional property appearance Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and equipment Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Show up ready to work and improve every day

Work Schedule:

Full-time Four 10-hour days (3-day weekends) Schedule may adjust due to weather or seasonal needs

What We're Looking For:
