The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves caring for various landscapes, including gardens, and trees, while ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Duties Manage 2-3 landscaping crews Oversee daily installation schedules and job assignments Ensure projects are completed in 1-2 days per job Coordinate materials, plant staging, and logistics Maintain quality control and client satisfaction Train and develop crew members Solve problems quickly in the field Assist in building and maintaining hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in landscape management is preferred Knowledge of tree care practices and plant identification is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while growing your career in landscaping!
