Landscape Project Manager

Project Manager Unlimited Landscaping and Turf Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team! We're a family-owned and oriented company that's been in business for nearly 30 years. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects within our industry. Duties and Responsibilities Project Managers are responsible for planning and developing project ideas. Their duties include creating and leading a team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise within the project, manage financial obligations, and overseeing the performance of team members.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, builders, and other construction managers included in the project
• Determine all the resources needed (equipment, manpower, materials) with attention to budget constraints
• Hire and allocate responsibilities to contractors, laborers, and other staff
• Supervise the work of all the laborers and provide them with guidance
• Evaluate the construction project progress and prepare reports
• Have Knowledge of Landscaping/Horticulture for ordering purchases Skills and Qualifications
• A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven self-management and team-management skills
• Ability to monitor and control project budgets
• Capability to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to identify different turfs, trees, and shrubbery
