Duties Engage with clients to understand their landscaping needs and present tailored solutions that incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative hardscape options Provide detailed project estimates by applying construction estimating techniques and coordinating with suppliers for materials such as irrigation systems, hardscape elements, and land surveying services Collaborate with design teams to create accurate drawings and renderings that showcase proposed landscape layouts, incorporating horticulture best practices and sustainable strategies Promote our landscaping services by educating clients on maintenance requirements and landscape sustainability practices Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation to ensure seamless execution from initial consultation through installation Skills This is somewhat of an entry level sales position that will be evolving over time. Main duties initially will be meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and working with our design team to create estimates. We are looking for someone who has some experience within this field, enough to understand the basic tasks that will be needed. Must have a good personality and be a go-getter. Experience with construction processes including estimating, drafting, project management, and construction estimating techniques Familiarity with horticulture practices, landscape maintenance techniques, hardscape installation methods, and irrigation systems Ability to interpret technical drawings. Understanding of sustainable design principles and environmental considerations in landscaping projects Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers Embark on a rewarding career where your creativity meets technical expertise!
