Job Description

As a Landscape Sales Specialist at Back to Nature, you're not just selling services
  • you're shaping the outdoor environments people live in.
Your days are spent out in the field, walking properties, listening closely to clients, and helping them envision everything from full design/build outdoor living projects to seasonal maintenance plans. Whether you're sketching ideas for patios, walls, walkways, planting layouts, or broader outdoor spaces, you become the trusted advisor who translates a client's goals and vision into thoughtful, buildable solutions. You'll guide homeowners and property managers through enhancements, turf care programs, and long-term maintenance options, while also identifying when a project calls for collaboration with our construction division
  • and confidently selling those larger builds when you're capable.
You'll craft thoughtful proposals, translate client goals into clear scopes of work, and hand off projects seamlessly to our production team so you can stay focused on what you do best — building relationships, growing your book of business, and helping clients imagine what's possible for their outdoor spaces.   • Collaborating to achieve team goals What You'll Do Sales & Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals, generating a book of business value of $1.3
  • 2M per year Conduct thoughtful on‑site consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets Develop detailed design plans and proposals for design‑build enhancements as well as lawn maintenance contracts and turf care programs Present proposals clearly and confidently, highlighting value and addressing client questions Finalize sales agreements and ensure clients fully understand scope, pricing, and expectations Identify opportunities to expand services, including enhancements such as retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, plantings, and seasonal upgrades Document client communication and expectations for seamless handoff to the production team Maintain an organized sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and progress reporting Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project transitions Stay current on industry trends, service offerings, and best practices to better serve clients Maintain accurate documentation and updates in LMN Collaboration & Leadership Partner with internal teams for seamless handoff from sales to production Work with estimating and administrative staff to resolve discrepancies before mobilization Represent Back to Nature professionally in all client interactions What You Bring We're flexible on years of experience — we value talent, curiosity, and drive.
