This role involves applying fertilizers and pesticides, identifying turf and lawn health issues, and delivering high-quality treatments across assigned service routes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior lawn care experience who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow into a more technical position. • Thursday) What You'll Be Doing Safely and effectively apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to commercial properties Identify grass types, weeds, pests, and common turf health issues Evaluate lawn conditions and determine appropriate treatment recommendations Operate, calibrate, and maintain spray equipment for proper performance Inspect equipment regularly and ensure it remains in safe working condition Complete assigned service routes efficiently and within scheduled timeframes Communicate professionally with customers regarding services when needed Accurately complete required paperwork and service documentation after each job Represent the company professionally while working in the field Who We're Looking For Prior experience in the lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance industry preferred Basic understanding of grass types, turf health, and general lawn care practices Willingness and ability to learn spray technician duties and treatment procedures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round Strong reliability, punctuality, and time management skills Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers What You Can Expect $18.
