Landscape Technician

We're currently hiring Landscape Technicians to join our growing team in both Landscape Construction and Landscape Maintenance divisions. Position Overview We are hiring full-time Landscape Technicians for year-round employment. Snow removal opportunities are available for team members who would like to continue working through the winter season.

Positions are available in:

Landscape Construction (hardscaping, installations, outdoor projects) Landscape Maintenance (property care, mowing, trimming, seasonal services) What You'll Do Depending on your assigned team, responsibilities may include:

Landscape Construction:

Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and landscape features Assist with grading, excavation, and material installation Operate landscaping and construction equipment Work as part of a team to complete outdoor projects safely and efficiently

Landscape Maintenance:

Mow lawns and maintain turf areas Trim shrubs and maintain landscape beds Perform seasonal cleanups and mulching Operate landscaping equipment safely What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work and want to grow with us.

Requirements:

Valid and clean Pennsylvania Driver's License Prior experience in the landscaping industry preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to work in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and machinery Clean criminal record Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset What We Offer We believe in taking care of our team and providing opportunities to grow.
