Job Summary We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscape Team Members. This position involves all aspects of lawn maintenance and landscaping, with opportunities to advance as the company continues to expand. Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties Assist with landscaping projects, including mulch installs, planting, and cleanups Operate lawn and landscape equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and job site Work cooperatively with team members to meet company quality standards Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our East Lansing, MI shop Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Positive attitude, dependability, and attention to detail Prior landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required Compensation and Benefits $18
