We are seeking a Full-time Landscape Technician who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You'll be responsible for the maintenance and appearance of our client's facilities and responsible for reporting any maintenance or repairs.

Shift:

Mon - Thurs | 7:00 AM to 5:00

PM Pay:

$19.13 - $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Mowing, weeding, pruning, edging, blowing, raking, sodding, seeding and fertilizing client properties Operating power equipment such as mowers, riding mowers, electric shears, edgers, chainsaws, blowers and other landscaping equipment. Perform maintenance on equipment to include changing mower blades, edger blades, string on trimmer, changing oil, oil filter, air filter and belts. String trimming all turf areas not accessible to a walk behind mower Edge all curb, sidewalk, and driveway areas Blowing off all clippings and landscape debris from concrete areas Picking up trash throughout properties Recommend improvements to existing operations to improve quality and efficiency of operations. Requirements:

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality service Physically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods Ability to lift up to 75 lbs 2+ years of landscaping experience preferred but not required Must be able to work in a team environment and work independently at times Access to reliable transportation Must have a driver's license Successful completion of a background check MSNW is an E-Verify employer Benefits We offer a variety of benefits for our employees, including health care, paid time off, and flexible work hours.
