The ideal candidate will demonstrate our core values of Integrity, Quality, and High Performance while contributing to a wide variety of turf installation projects throughout the Quad Cities area.

Projects may include:

Sports fields Playgrounds Golf greens Residential and commercial landscaping K9 applications This is a hands-on position that offers opportunities for advancement based on performance, skill development, and initiative. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of synthetic turf systems across multiple project types Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, organized work environment Follow project specifications and quality standards Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Physical Requirements Frequently kneel, bend, lift, and maintain stationary positions throughout the workday Ability to lift and transport up to 100 pounds Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, construction, or related outdoor labor preferred Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctuality required Valid Driver's license Ability to pass and maintain drug test and background check Job Types • Full-time Part-time Seasonal Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan with employer match Schedule Day shift Monday through Friday Weekend work as needed Occasional overnight travel
