Position:

Working Foreman As a Working Foreman, you'll lead a small crew while actively participating in day‑to‑day landscape and property maintenance tasks. We're looking for someone dependable, skilled, and motivated—someone who can guide a team while maintaining high standards of professionalism and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee pruning of trees and shrubs Lead seasonal cleanups Manage and assist with bark mulch installation Oversee general property maintenance tasks Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards Communicate clearly with team members and customers Maintain a positive, professional work environment Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Hollis, Maine Proven experience in: Tree pruning Shrub pruning Seasonal cleanups Mulch installation General landscape/property maintenance Ability to lead a crew while working hands‑on Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability Why Work With Us As a family‑owned company, we believe in treating our employees with respect and appreciation. Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
