Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile Landscape, Yard, and Odd Job Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces, performing various landscaping tasks, and completing a wide range of odd jobs that keep properties looking their best. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that each project is completed efficiently and to high standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills across multiple areas of yard and landscape maintenance, and contribute to the beautification of residential or commercial properties. Responsibilities Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, and aerating to keep lawns healthy and vibrant Conduct landscape and garden maintenance such as planting, pruning, shrubbery trimming, and flower bed upkeep Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, pruning Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Assist with tree care activities including trimming and pruning Support irrigation system maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas Carry out general yard work and odd jobs Follow safety protocols when handling tools and machinery to prevent accidents or injuries Collaborate with owner to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power tools (trimmers, blowers, mowers) is essential Familiarity with landscape planting and maintenance preferred but not required Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions is essential Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately is required Apply if you're eager to work outdoors in an environment where your skills make a visible difference!
