• Full-time Landscape & Irrigation Construction ForemanJob Summary We are looking for a hands-on Landscape/Irrigation Construction Foreman This is a "working lead" position; you will be responsible for overseeing project success while working directly alongside a crew of 2-3.

Key Responsibilities Lead by

Example:

Oversee and work alongside the crew in the field.

Project Coordination:

Manage materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion of landscape and irrigation installs.

Landscape Installation:

Oversee and assist in the installation of planting beds, sod, trees, shrubs, and hardscape features.

Irrigation Management:

Lead the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of irrigation systems to promote water efficiency.

Qualifications Experience:

5 years of proven background in landscape construction, maintenance, and horticulture.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on knowledge of irrigation system installation and troubleshooting is required.

Leadership:

Strong ability to motivate a team while maintaining a high personal work ethic in the field.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions and perform manual labor alongside the crew.

Communication:

Excellent verbal skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Requirements:
