Position Overview:

As a Landscaper you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Your duties will include but are not limited to mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, and general landscaping maintenance tasks. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that our grounds are kept in impeccable condition year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns using manual and power tools. Planting flowers, trees, and shrubs according to landscape plans. Watering plants and lawns as needed, ensuring proper hydration. Applying fertilizers and pesticides to promote healthy plant growth. Removing weeds, dead plants, and debris from landscaped areas. Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools. Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and repairing pathways, fences, and garden furniture.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping required. Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials. Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to start work on Maui immediately.

Employment is contingent on passing a Pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
