The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and farm machinery operations. This role involves hands-on work with various tools and equipment, providing excellent service to our clients while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform lawn care services for commercial properties. Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently. Drive to job sites using company vehicles, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks. Utilize hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is required. Familiarity with farm machinery operation is a plus. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail is essential.
