Landscape Laborer Pay:

Full-Time We are seeking a dependable Hardscape / Landscape Laborer to assist with outdoor construction and landscaping projects. This is a hands-on position that involves working with various tools, materials, and equipment to complete hardscape and landscape installations. Responsibilities Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, brooms, pick axes, and post hole diggers Operate power tools and equipment including compactors, jumping jacks, blowers, and power brooms Load, move, and distribute materials on job sites Safely operate and maneuver wheelbarrows Assist with site preparation, grading, and installation projects Properly store and maintain tools and equipment Identify and work with materials such as crusher run gravel, screenings/ag lime, and 3/4 clear stone Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Previous landscaping, hardscape, construction, or outdoor labor experience is a plus Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors throughout the day Ability to safely push and maneuver loaded wheelbarrows Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Express Employment Professionals is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
