Landscaper

ProEdge Property Services is a growing professional landscaping company located in Macomb, IL. We specialize in providing quality services with a quick turnaround. Our landscaping services include a full-time lawn maintenance route, landscaping design and construction, lawn fertilization and weed control, snow removal and ice management. Ideal candidates have at least two years experience in landscape construction or a similar field, love working outdoors, have a strong work ethic and the ability to work with other team members and minimal supervision. This is a seasonal position that runs full time in the spring, summer and fall months. Hours vary greatly through the winter months due to weather conditions. Employees apply for unemployment benefits during the winter months. Benefits

• Operate a variety of equipment, including weedeaters, edgers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, etc.
• Provide landscaping services, such as hedge trimming, weed removal, leaf clean ups, pruning, tree trimming, fencing, planting and mulching.
• Provide various landscaping services, such as installing retaining walls, paver patios, drainage products, demolition and clean up of small structures (Sheds, Garages, Barns).
• Operate snow removal equipment, such as plow trucks, salt spreaders, 4 wheeler, skid steer, snow blowers and shovels. Will also be handling salt for ice management. Requirements
• Experience and knowledge in landscape construction or a similar field (At least 2 years preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving history
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Ability to follow directions, systems and procedures
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Horticulture knowledge and/or experience is a plus!

Experience is preferred, but we offer on the job education and training regardless of your experience.
