• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Landscaper/Groundskeeper/Maintenance professional to join our team!

In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, beautiful, and well-kept. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and equipment, and contribute directly to the aesthetic appeal of our properties. Whether performing property maintenance or handling routine groundskeeping tasks, your efforts will make a tangible difference every day. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and gardening to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators for landscaping projects or site improvements Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, to promote safety Execute snow plowing and de-icing during winter months to ensure safe pathways and parking areas Assist with general maintenance tasks including equipment upkeep and minor repairs. Qualifications Prior experience with landscaping, lawn care, or groundskeeping is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, landscaping equipment, and small machinery Ability to operate construction equipment such as excavators or similar machinery is a plus Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and pest control Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
