Job Description:

Comply with all safety and environmental rules and regulations; comply with internal ATI practices. Report any issues to the Lead Landscaper. Maintain proper training, tools, equipment, and materials to carry out his/her duties. Maintain a courteous and professional image when interacting with coworkers and customers. Provide general, skilled lawn maintenance to various customers using hands, manual mowers, power mowers, snow blowers, and weed eaters. Develop and install various lawn and garden designs through skillful cutting and planting techniques (e.g. grass, flowers, shrubs, bushes). Rake, mulch, and fertilize various grounds as needed. Complete various hardscaping tasks (e.g. paths, retaining walls, driveway and walkway installation). Install water features and structures. Apply pesticides and insecticides to rid grounds of mosquitoes, wasps, ticks, etc. Provide gutter inspection and gutter repair. Remove trees, storm debris, and snow as needed. Power wash as per customer requests. Hang Christmas lights during the holiday season.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally at all times Have an understanding of how to work with a team. Ability to maintain properties in showroom condition at all times Ability to complete basic math, read a tape measure, and plot land Excellent spatial and visualization skills; superior planning skills 2-5+ experience in landscaping or grounds keeping Valid driver's license Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED equivalent Class E Drivers License is required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Independently; must be able to lift over 100 lbs. with assistance Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and work at ground level for eight or more consecutive hours Ability to complete physically vigorous tasks for eight or more hours per day (e.g. weeding, mowing, snow blowing, etc.) Ability to work in an environment without a controlled temperature and potentially extreme conditions (e.g. extreme heat or cold)

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
