Responsibilities Assist with lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure pristine turf conditions. Support landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning, tree care, and garden upkeep. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, and installing irrigation systems. Help with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain equipment including lawnmowers, trimmers, excavators, and other landscaping machinery. Conduct routine site inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe. Experience Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping. Prior experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques is a plus. Experience operating small construction equipment such as excavators is advantageous. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
