Landscaping Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate a team of skilled workers, and ensure that all landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural tasks are executed to the highest standards. This job will require up to 60+ hours a week Duties Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to complete projects efficiently and effectively Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and system repairs Conduct tree care tasks such as trimming, removal, and health assessments Assist with construction projects involving landscape installation, hardscaping, or site preparation Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a secure work environment Provide guidance on gardening practices and horticulture techniques to team members Monitor equipment maintenance and order supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture with a focus on landscape maintenance Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening, and general landscape construction Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Familiarity with safety standards related to landscaping and construction work Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
