Landscaping / Hardscaping Crew Lead

Hardscape Crew Leader Wanted Growing landscape company looking to hire an experienced Crew Leader for our hardscaping division.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience installing: Pavers Retaining walls Fireplaces/fire pits Outdoor living spaces Must understand how to read and follow blueprints/plans Must be able to manage and "run" an entire job from start to finish Must work well with others and be able to train and teach crew members Must be able to communicate in Spanish with employees Valid driver's license preferred

Be on time every day Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Strong organizational and leadership skills Lead and assist in resolving customer questions or concerns Proactively suggest site enhancements and improvements to customers Identify opportunities to upsell additional services we offer Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers
