Duties Mow lawns and trim grass using power tools and hand tools to maintain a neat appearance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, fertilizing, pruning, and mulching to promote healthy growth.. . Assist with gardening tasks including soil preparation, planting flowers or shrubs, and weed control. Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored safely after use. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is essential. Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable. Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and blowers. . . Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills related to landscape issues. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members or clients on project requirements.
