Larkspur Property Sorting Porter Driver

Position Summary Porters are responsible for maintaining a single assigned client property by servicing trash and recycling enclosures, keeping areas clean and organized, and ensuring the property consistently meets Copia Resources' standards. Unlike route-based roles, Porters work at one primary location and focus on daily upkeep, consistency, and client-facing professionalism. Job Duties Service trash enclosures/rooms at the assigned client property Sort waste by separating trash, recycling, and compost into designated bins Open plastic trash bags as needed to properly sort materials Flatten boxes and large materials to maximize bin capacity Sweep and clean enclosures, including under and behind bins Identify, report, and follow procedures for bulk items Pull out and push in the trash, recycling, and compost totes Take before and after photos when required and upload to designated systems Report contamination, safety hazards, property damage, or service issues Follow property-specific service notes and client expectations

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license. (Commercial license NOT required) Clean driving record of at least 2 yrs (1 point or less with approval from company's car insurance) Able to work the following shift: Mon - Friday 4am - 12:30pm Ability to repetitively lift 50-75+ lbs (furniture, appliances, household items) Ability to push and pull wheeled bins Follows instructions from Senior Drivers / Field Operations Admin / Route Supervisors while working quickly and efficiently Able to drive/maneuver a trailer Must work well with others and represent Copia Resources CA, Inc professionally Ability to communicate via text, email, and photo messaging Ability to make decisions and think outside of the box Professional demeanor while on client property Janitorial or porter experience a plus, NOT required Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but NOT required

Pay:

$22.50 per hour
