We're looking for a Creative Services Production Assistant to help bring our custom products to life. In this role, you'll support our team with laser engraving, inkjet and digital offset printing —ensuring every order meets our high quality standards. What You'll Do:

Learn and operate laser engraving and printing equipment (training provided) Create and customize products like magnets, cutlery, drinkware, cutting boards, and other personalized gifts Ensure high-quality results through precise settings, adjustments, and quality checks Pull materials, assemble, pack, and prepare orders Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required Experience in printing, engraving, or graphic production preferred—but we're willing to train motivated candidates Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort with basic computer tasks (opening PDFs, printing, browsing) Basic math skills and the ability to follow written/verbal instructions Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs regularly If you're reliable, a quick learner, and enjoy producing quality work you can be proud of, we'd love to hear from you!
