In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application , lash lifts, and tints. This commission-based pay position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in eyelash extensions , lash lifts and has a strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols. Experience with threading,waxing and other beauty treatments is a plus! Duties Able to apply eyelash extensions Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and related treatments with precision and care to ensure client satisfaction Provide consultations to determine the best lash styles and treatments tailored to each guest's preferences and eye shape Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns confidently Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or relevant esthetician certification required; experience with eyelash extensions preferred 2 or more years of experience preferred Proven expertise in eyelash extension application, lash lifts, and other treatments Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to lash extension application and beauty treatments Additional skills are always a plus!
