Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their laundry and dry cleaning requests, and provide expert advice on services offered Accurately process customer orders using point-of-sale systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties Manage daily transactions with basic math skills to ensure correct billing and change accuracy Collect, sort, and prepare garments for cleaning while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone or in person, resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area and workspaces to promote a welcoming environment Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to support smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly preferred, demonstrating strong customer service skills Knowledge of dry cleaning processes, laundry procedures, or related cleaning services is a plus Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic approach to customer interactions Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and order calculations Experience with cashiering or cash handling ensures smooth financial exchanges Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining cleanliness standards Join us in creating an inviting space where customers feel valued and cared for!
