Waldo County:

Temporary, Full-time, 05/01/2026-1/31/2027, 40 hours p/week, 5 days p/week, days and shifts may vary; 6am-2:30pm and/or 10am-6:30pm with a 30-minute break. (12) openings. Will train to operate and tend washing and dry-cleaning machines to wash/dry and dry clean garments, sheets, blankets, towels, fine linens, tablecloths, napkins. Specializing in hospitality and medical laundry services. No education or prior work experience is required. On the job training is provided. $17.50 p/hour or $26.25 p/hour for overtime as it may be available. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 p/day during travel to a maximum of $68p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer will use a single workweek for computing wages starting Monday at 12:01 am and ending Sunday at 11:59 pm and the employee will be paid on Friday (weekly) by company check. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted weekly. Lodging may be available through employer. If housing is provided by employer, employee cost for housing is $150. Housing is optional. Transportation is not provided to worksite.
