In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing laundry operations, maintaining spotless linens, and supporting the overall cleanliness of the hotel environment. Duties Operate laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and specialty equipment such as dry cleaning machines, ensuring proper handling of all linens and garments Sort, fold, and organize clean linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care Maintain a clean and organized laundry area by regularly cleaning equipment and workspaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with the collection of soiled laundry from guest rooms and public areas in a timely manner Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals used in cleaning and dry cleaning processes Support the hotel's overall cleaning efforts by maintaining cleanliness in guest corridors, laundry rooms, and storage areas Ensure all laundry procedures comply with hotel policies and industry standards for quality and safety Requirements Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control in linen presentation and cleanliness Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy laundry baskets or equipment Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and hotel staff effectively A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service in a team-oriented setting Join us as a Laundry Attendant and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences through cleanliness, comfort, and care.
